I really love how this look turned out!! I could see this becoming my new everyday because this lip, eye, and blush combination just looks so good together. For my eyes I packed Smog from the Sci Fi Green palette all over my lid and blended out into my crease and under my eye, I then packed Glamora all over my lid and put Koro from the Tribe palette in my inner corner. Adding Blacquer to my waterline really helped make this look grungey and I'm so glad I decided to do it.

This look didn't photograph well, but I felt really cute in this and I got quite a few compliments! I liked my makeup when I saw it in the mirrors at school (which usually make everything seem uglier) so that was good! This just reminded me how much I love pink eye shadow. For my eyes I used Candied Peach from the Sweet Peach palette as a transition (also under my eyes) and then put Rebirth from the Venus palette in my outer corner, followed by Muse to really deepen. I put Muse on the outer third of my lower lash line as well and added Shell on the lid, I ended up spraying it to get it a bit more metallic but it wasn't the most impressive shimmer.

I don't like this as much as the look I did with the Kaleidos palette, even though I tried to do the same thing. I just don't like Team Captain, it's too dark. I used Team Captain all over the lid and in the crease with Bel Air to blend out the edges, and I put Bless Her Heart from the Sweet Peach palette over the top of my lid to add some shimmer.

AUGUST 9TH
MAC Studio Fix Fluid Foundation in NW10
Colourpop No Filter Loose Setting Powder in Translucent
Juvia's Place Tribe Palette
Colourpop Yes, Please! Palette
Colourpop Creme Gel Liner in Puppy
Nars Climax Mascara
Essence Make Me Brow Eyebrow Gel Mascara in Browny Brows
This didn't turn out how I wanted it to because some of the mattes got wet as my eye watered and created this really harsh line, there was a bald spot on my eyelid/crease that shadow just didn't want to stick to, and the Colourpop shadows just didn't want to blend with the Juvia's Place shadows. I used Oromo from the Tribe palette as my transition, and then deepened with Big Cocktails from the Yes, Please! It took a lot of blending to get these two to create a nice gradient, and initially they really didn't want to work together. I then tried to deepen the outer corner with GNO (Colourpop), but that shadow ended up looking lighter than Big Cocktails so I tried to cover it but I couldn't and it was just a mess. Then on the lid I'm wearing Kurla (Juvia's Place) blending into Chauffeur (Colourpop) on the inner third of the lid. In my inner corner I've got Buttercake from the Yes, Please! palette. The shimmers weren't a struggle to work with, but the mattes were really trying me.

AUGUST 12TH
MAC Studio Fix Fluid Foundation in NW10
Colourpop No Filter Loose Setting Powder in Translucent
Jeffree Star Cosmetics Jawbreaker Palette
Colourpop Ooh La La! Palette
Colourpop Creme Gel Liner in Boots
Colourpop Creme Gel Liner in Piggy Bank
Nars Climax Mascara
Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Sage, and Orange Blossom
For this I used Virgin from Jawbreaker as a base all over my lid and through my crease, then I went in with Good Morning as my transition, which didn't do a whole lot because it's basically the colour of my skin (but that made it a good blending shade). I put Bubblegum all through my crease and under my eye, and blended it sort of high because I wasn't sure if I wanted to do a cut crease or not. Then I deepened with Sandbar and Caddy from Ooh La La. I find Sandbar really difficult to work with, it's very dry and doesn't pick up well on a brush so it was just frustrating to use. I put these shades under my eye as well, focusing Caddy on the outer corner. On my lid I'm wearing Cotton Candy from Jawbreaker - this shade really stained my eyes, which I was expecting. I had to spray Cotton Candy for it to actually adhere to my lid which was annoying, but I think it was worth it. I'm wearing Tickled from Ooh La La on my inner corner and I love this shade, it's kinda chunky so it's not good all over the lid, but as a highlight it's so pretty. It's got blue reflects in it that unfortunately don't show up on camera, but they're just so pretty and make the look that much more interesting. For my waterline I used two liners  - Piggy Bank on the outer third, and Boots in the inner third. I really like the effect of using two, and think I'll start mixing my liners more!

AUGUST 14TH
MAC Studio Fix Fluid Foundation in NW10
Colourpop No Filter Loose Setting Powder in Translucent
Jeffree Star Cosmetics Jawbreaker Palette
Juvia's Place Zulu Palette
NYX Avant Pop Art Throb Palette
Colourpop Creme Gel Liner in Electric Daisy
Colourpop BFF Mascara
Essence Make Me Brow Eyebrow Gel Mascara in Browny Brows
This was actually my second attempt at this look because the first time there was an eyeliner disaster. I like how it turned out, but it's not my favourite. I wish the liner was more green, it looks white on my waterline which sucks. To create this I used Wow from Jawbreaker in the inner corner and first half of my crease, with Suck on the outer half and lower lash line. I layered Suck with the orange from the Zulu palette to make it more yellow-orange because Suck on it's own is very red toned. After I cut my crease I packed the green from Zulu onto the lid and layered a bit of the light green from Avant Pop on top just to lighten it. I also used Virgin from Jawbreaker to soften any harsh edges. If I was going to do this again I think I would bring the green out further on the lid, because I don't love where it stops.

I tried to do an ombre liner here, with black on the inner corner and purple for the wing, but I'm not super happy with it. The wings were uneven and I just wasn't feeling good about myself wearing this. I really liked the highlighter and gloss though.

AUGUST 16TH
MAC Studio Fix Fluid Foundation in NW10
Colourpop No Filter Loose Setting Powder in Translucent
Jeffree Star Cosmetics Jawbreaker Palette
Jeffree Star Cosmetics Blood Sugar Palette
Colourpop It's My Pleasure Palette
Colourpop Creme Gel Liner in Crybaby
Nars Climax Mascara
This was a lot prettier in person, I used duochromes that just don't pick up on camera so it looks a whole lot less interesting in photos. I really like the way purples look on my eyes so I would definitely do this again, I just wish it picked up accurately on camera. I started by using Gum Drop from Jawbreaker as a transition through my crease and under my eye - later on I went in with a mixture of Good Morning and Virgin to diffuse the edges even more. From Blood Sugar, I used Root Canal to deepen all through my crease and under my eye, but focused Coma on the outer-v. On the lid I layered Do or Dough and Earthshine from It's My Pleasure, and also put Earthshine in my inner corner. It has a really pretty blue shift that worked so well with all the purple.

AUGUST 18TH
MAC Studio Fix Fluid Foundation in NW10
Colourpop No Filter Loose Setting Powder in Translucent
Juvia's Place Saharan Blush Palette Volume Two
Juvia's Place Warrior Two Palette
Viseart Petit Pro 5 Soleil Palette
Lime Crime Venus Palette
Nars Climax Mascara
Colourpop Precision Brow Pencil in Black 'n Brown
This isn't what I was really going for with this look, but I ended up really loving it. Bailey Sarian did a cool matte grungey look that sort of looked like a bruise so I wanted to try something like that, and I've been really into Satin Flora's all-matte looks too lately. My skin is going through some things right now so my foundation broke up horribly but we are going to ignore that! For my eyes I used the shade Leena from my Juvia's Place blush palette as a transition and then I layered Kana from the Warrior Two over top to make it more nude (I probably could have just used Daura). I deepened the outer corner using Jamata (Warrior Two), and put this on the outer third of the lid as well. I used the cream colour from the Viseart palette on the mobile lid, blending into Jamata (and I was VERY impressed with this cream, it's super opaque!). For my liner I used Kufuru from the Warrior Two and I really like how soft it is, I wish I had a brown for my waterline too. My inner corner highlight was Aura from my Venus palette. This turned out being a really beautiful, soft neutral look that I think would be perfect for everyday if I ever needed to wear a neutral look for work or something. I don't really know how to work with neutrals so creating something I like is a big deal.

AUGUST 19TH
Kryolan Shimmering Event Foundation in Pearl
Element Two Canvas Blend Foundation in Ivory
Kryolan Supracolour Foundation in 406 and NB1 (mixed)
Dermacolour Fixing Powder
Jouer Bouquet D'Amour Blush Palette
Crown HL01 Palette
Crown OMG10 Palette
Clinique High Impact Mascara
Model Rock Lashes #W376
Kryolan Supracolour in 509 and 078 (mixed)
This was a practise for an assessment I have at school (creative editorial). The concept is basically glowy skin with a draped blush and some rhinestones with a continuous line around the face. Sort of 80s inspired but with a modern twist. My skin is really rough at the moment because of the retinol so my foundation looked like absolute garbage and I had to layer several foundations and powder even though that's not what I wanted to do - and I still had redness and the foundation just didn't want to stick to my skin, I also lost all the glow that I wanted. I mixed a red and a yellow supracolour for my lipstick because I didn't have the orange I wanted with me, for my eyes I just used the black shadow from my Crown palette as a liner, and for the blush I layered the shades Know Me, Kiss Me, and Seduce Me from the Jouer palette. For the assessment day I want to make sure the base is glowy, and I'd like to use some different products because I didn't love how some of these performed.

Colourpop No Filter Loose Setting Powder in Translucent
Jeffree Star Cosmetics Blood Sugar Palette
Colourpop Creme Gel Liner in Exit
Nars Climax Mascara
Essence Get Your Glitter On Loose Glitters in Super Girl
Colourpop Precision Brow Pencil in Black 'n Brown
I'm really happy with how this look turned out! I love how clean the cut crease looks. I wish you could see the lightning bolt glitter better but that's okay. Using only Blood Sugar to create this look, I started with Cake Mix as my transition, and then I used Blood Sugar in the same areas to add the colour in, followed by Fresh Meat and Extraction to deepen the outer corner. On my lid I'm wearing Candy Floss, which is one of my favourite shades in the palette.

AUGUST 22ND
MAC Studio Fix Fluid Foundation in NW10
Colourpop No Filter Loose Setting Powder in Translucent
Okalan Matte Eyeshadow Palette (Lime Crime Venus 2 Dupe)
JD Glow Cosmetics Galaxy Liquid Gel Liner in Geometrix
Colourpop Creme Gel Liner in Piggy Bank
Nars Climax Mascara
Colourpop Precision Brow Pencil in Black 'n Brown
This isn't my favourite look, but I like the cut crease with the liner. This palette isn't very easy to work with, but the colours are cool - I think all together it looks a little muddy though. I started with Filter in the inner half of my crease and I had to bring it up pretty high to make sure the colour would show up, I used Marsh in the outer half and on my lower lash line and I'm not really happy with it - I don't love the colour and it didn't blend in with the blue the way I wanted it to. On my lid I'm wearing Mustard on the inner half and Jam on the outer, I think Mustard performed better than Jam - Jam was a little patchy and needed to be built up. Mustard was darker than I expected, and putting it over a wet base just made it darker which was frustrating. I had to use a really small packing brush, sort of like a lip brush to get the line of the cut crease really precise because I was using mattes I didn't want the shadows to accidentally touch and blend together. In my inner corner I put Fly, and it wasn't as bright as I wanted, but this was a muted look so I guess it doesn't matter. I probably could have done a second coat of the liquid liner because it's a little sheer, but it's okay. Piggy Bank also just isn't as pigmented as I wish it was which is super annoying because if it was opaque this would look a lot cooler.

I'm really happy with how well this makeup lasted - 8 hours with no touch ups at all (not even my lips). This lasted through a watery eye, eating, sweating, and more. It looked a little dewier in person and I was just really happy and comfortable wearing this. I got a couple compliments on my eyeliner too which was really nice!

AUGUST 25TH
MAC Studio Fix Fluid Foundation in NW10
Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder
Viseart Petit Pro 5 Soleil Palette

I used all the shades in the palette to create this, I'm not super in love with the look, but I have a better understanding of the palette now.

Lime Crime Bushy Brow Gel in Clear
Essence Lip Liner in In The Nude
Jeffree Star Cosmetics Velour Liquid Lipstick in Fully Nude
MAC Coconut Fix+
I really liked this look, everything just worked together, the colours all suited each other, and my skin looked great. I wish my eye hadn't started watering because it just ruined everything and removed a large chunk of my base around my eye and on my cheek. On my eyes I'm wearing the pastel green from Jawbreaker in my crease and on my lower lash line, and the metallic green from Zulu on the lid with my Too Faced highlighter in the inner corner. This is absolutely a look I would do again because I think it was really pretty and it really reflects my style.

AUGUST 29TH
BeautyBlender Bounce Liquid Whip Long Wear Foundation in 1.10
Colourpop No Filter Loose Setting Powder in Translucent
Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette
Jeffree Star Cosmetics Jawbreaker Palette
Colourpop Jelly Much Shadow in Foxes
Colourpop Creme Gel Liner in Punch
Nars Climax Mascara
While this was pretty, you couldn't really see the jelly much on my eyes from a distance because the tones of everything were just too similar. To create this I used Candied Peach from Sweet Peach in my crease, and then I added Fuck from Jawbreaker for brightness, I did the same on the lower lash line and I also packed Fuck onto the outer corner. I cut my crease and then packed Orange Juice onto the lid, with Lemon Drop in the inner corner. I think this could have benefited from a darker matte in the crease, and maybe a matte lid would have worked better too rather than a shimmer. A brown liner would have been nice too, but I wanted to see if I could use a jelly much shadow like a liner.
